Mary Miller Brueggemann (twin sister)

As his twin sister, Pat and I always had a birthday party together especially in San Antonio where we grew up.  We could each invite two people to the party which was only cake and ice cream and playing around the house!  I told Pat last week that I remembered the two people he invited were a Mexican boy in his class and another boy who had great difficulty walking. 

I said:  Do you remember that? 

He said:  Well, now that you tell me, I do remember.  Their names were…

… and he told me their full names. They were his best friends. 

That is the brother I knew!
